A vibrating massager buzzes against the surface of the skin. This one has hand-shaped silicone heads, eight fingertips and two thumbs, that physically close around the muscle, squeeze and release, the way a person kneads. You choose one of three speeds.
Does it heat up?
Yes, there are two heat levels, warming the contact points to a gentle 104–113°F. It is a soft warmth for tight muscles, not a hot pad. Heat is optional and runs on its own button.
Do I have to hold it the whole time?
No. The leather strap holds it in place hands-free. Pulling the strap down is how you deepen the pressure; strapped around the waist or a thigh it stays put on its own.
