1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders within the United States, we typically use USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.
4. International Shipping
We ship internationally to many countries. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Neck Massage Master is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses via USPS only. Please ensure you select an appropriate shipping method if your address falls into these categories.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@neckmassagemaster.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions or sanctions. If your country is on such a list, we will be unable to process your order and will notify you accordingly.
